the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your proof 
of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine 
readable zone, the strip containing numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number 
and Burgerservicenummer (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. JD Banden will respond to 
your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. JD Banden would also 
like to draw your attention to the option given to you of filing a complaint with the national
